December HappeningsA grant from the Champlin Foundation will cover the cost of maintenance free siding for the BH&PS building. The school was used as a base for the Trolley to Dayville, CT on Sunday, November 25th, Saturday, December 1st and Sunday, December 2nd. Several members opened the building for restroom use. Hot cocoa and coffee were served and the Burrillville Memories video was shown. The potluck supper was well attended. The food was aplenty and good as usual. Many pictures were taken. Christmas carols were sung. Vice President Mencucci dressed in holiday hat and coat and played Santa during the gift exchange. All in all, a pleasant social event. |
