Members are still looking for a cost efficient way to develop 224 glass negatives. These negatives were purchased from Mr. Robert M. Lerner of California in January 2001. They were taken by Mr. Charles Briggs, a local "camera man" in the early 1900's.

Members, Mabel Hopkins and daughter, Betty Mencucci are making progress with their work to preserve and organize many newspaper clippings, which have been collected and donated to BH&PS.

The possibility of BH&PS representation at the annual Family Fair, held at the Austin. T. Levy School in Harrisville, was discussed.

The nominating committee of Claire Cunningham and George Zifchock, submitted their 2001 office nominations as follows: President - Mark St. Pierre, Vice President - Betty Mencucci, Treasurer - Ron Lapierre, Secretary - Rose Shaw. There were no other nominations put on the floor and the before said were approved by the membership.

Mr. Donald Mehrtens received a standing ovation from members for his past service as vice president.
