The open house committe met on May 8th. Betty reviewed their preliminary ideas for the membership.

The fundraiser calendar idea seems promising. Betty showed members an example she compiled and she is negotiating with a printer.

Several cornice brackets were saved from the Music Hall fire and are stored in the BH&PS basement.

The BH&PS was invited by the Secretary of State to participate in the presentation of the Providence Civil War booklet on Monday, June 10, 2002 at 4:00 pm at the Rhode Island Historical Society's Aldrich House, 110 Benevolent Street, Providence, RI.
